SteelOrbis has been informed that the local prices for medium size rebar in the Syrian market are currently at SYP 27,000/mt ($571/mt) ex-works on actual weight basis, excluding VAT, for payments deferred on a daily basis. Rebar prices have indicated an increase of SYP 1,000/mt ($21/mt) as compared to last week in the Syrian domestic market.
