Local and export offers in Spanish wire rod market

According to market sources, prices in the local Spanish wire rod market are in the range of €465-470/mt ($609-616/mt) delivered. Market sources state that they are focusing on the export markets due to the increased strength of the dollar against the euro, while demand in the export markets is at decent levels. Spanish mesh quality wire rod export offers are at €445/mt ($583/mt) FOB.
