SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that S1 grade welding quality
wire rod prices in the Turkish domestic market have declined by $33/mt over the past two weeks to $410-445/mt, while local offers for SG2 grade welding quality
wire rod have also decreased by $33/mt in the same period, softening to $500-520/mt, both ex-works, excluding 18 percent VAT and for October shipment. Market players state that demand is still at medium levels.
