Latest situation in local Turkish rebar market

The Turkish rebar spot market has started the week with increased activity, Transaction activity between traders is quite lively since availability shortages still prevail in the Iskenderun and Karabuk regions. Meanwhile, local traders have revised their prices upward in line with the appreciation of the Turkish lira versus the US dollar, while Turkish mills' offers are standing in the range of TRY 1,242-1.267/mt ($586-598/mt) ex-works, excluding VAT. 

As of today, April 14, traders' rebar offers in the Turkish domestic market are as follows:
