Due to the fluctuations recorded in the Turkish lira-US dollar exchange rate over the past two weeks with the Turkish lira mostly losing strength against the US dollar, buyers in the local Turkish merchant bar market have maintained their cautious stance. Although domestic merchant bar quotations previously increased compared to the price levels reported by SteelOrbis on November 10, it is observed that prices have moved sideways in the current week.
