Isdemir increases local wire rod prices

According to the price list dated July 8, 2005, Isdemir increased local drawing quality and mesh making quality wire rod prices by $15 per ton, while the prices of high carbon and medium carbon qualities retain their previous prices. New price levels are as follows:

Drawing quality wire rods: 
 
SAE 1006:  5.5 – 6.5 mm : $419/mt + VAT 
           7.0 – 16  mm : $416/mt + VAT
SAE 1008:  5.5 – 6.5 mm : $413/mt + VAT 
           7.0 – 16  mm : $411/mt + VAT 

Mesh making quality wire rod:  
 
SAE 1010-1018:  5.5 – 6.5 mm : $412/mt + VAT
                7.0 – 16  mm : $410/mt + VAT 
High carbon:
 
SAE 1045-1080:  5.5 – 6.5 mm : $500/mt + VAT
SAE 1045-1080:  7.0 – 16  mm : $500/mt + VAT
 
Medium carbon:
 
SAE 1020-1038:  5.5 – 6.5 mm : $430/mt + VAT
SAE 1020-1038:  7.0 – 16  mm : $428/mt + VAT
