SteelOrbis has learned that Turkish-origin rebars were offered by Russian domestic traders at Ruble 19,100-20,800/mt ($767-835/mt) FOT, including VAT, in the country's central regions. Meanwhile, Belarusian-origin rebars were offered in the range of Ruble 19,900-20,600/mt ($799-827/mt) FOT, including VAT, by local traders in the same regional markets.

Both Russian domestic and imported offers have decreased this week compared to last week because of the softening of market conditions. The price decrease in the Russian domestic rebar market is expected to continue especially after the announcement by Russian producers of a second decrease in their prices for domestic deliveries in October.
