SteelOrbis has been informed that the imported rebar price in the local UAE market varies in a range of AED 1,700-1,800/mt ($463-490/mt) delivered to site, on theoretical weight basis, with three to four month deferred payment.

The prices for rebar in the local UAE market have remained almost unchanged compared to last week. While no change in the end user demand level in the local market has been observed, purchases are still being made with little tonnages.
