SteelOrbis has learned that import offers for mesh-quality wire rod to the US from China have dropped by approximately $20/mt in the last week, with prices now in the range of $590-$600/mt CFR FO in US Gulf Coast ports.
Meanwhile, import offers for mesh-quality wire rod to the US from Turkey are unchanged since last week, with prices still ranging from $630-$640/mt CFR FO in US Gulf ports.
