Chinese wire rod offering prices for the US have remained stable since last week, with offers still ranging from $600 /mt to $610 /mt CFR FO in US Gulf ports. Imports of 5.5 mm are restricted and carry extras. However, buyers have not yet accepted these new prices.
Offers for drawing quality import wire rod still range from $625 /mt to $635 /mt CFR FO in US Gulf ports.
Turkish wire rod offering prices for the US have also not changed since last week, remaining at a range of $630 /mt to $640 /mt CFR FO in US Gulf ports.
