H-beam offers from China have been given for Egypt at $630/mt CFR Alexandria for 100 mm x 100 mm – 200 mm x 100 mm sizes, and at $600/mt CFR Alexandria for 175 mm x 175 mm – 400 x 200 mm sizes, on actual weight basis for April shipment. H-beam offers from China have also been heard at $690/mt CFR Alexandria. Meanwhile, due to the price fall in the domestic market after the export tax imposed in Egypt, buyers are seen to be hesitating over the purchase of new products.
