SteelOrbis has been informed that Turkish mills are offering rebar for the export markets, excepting the Persian Gulf and US regions, at the levels of $440-450/mt FOB Turkey on actual weight basis for December shipment. The price levels of Turkish rebar export offers have shown a decrease as compared to last week. It is heard that there is high demand for these offer levels from Africa in particular.
