Ex-Turkey merchant bar deal to southern Europe

A Turkish producer has concluded a deal for the sale of 1,000 mt of merchant bar to southern Europe at the price level of €495/mt ($674/mt) FOB Turkey for June shipment. It is mentioned that the increase in the US dollar/euro exchange rate is an important factor in the recent flow of sales to Europe.
