This week Turkish producers' billet export offers are at $565-570/mt FOB, though no transactions have been concluded yet at this price level. Meanwhile, buyers in the export markets have shown little-to-no interest in ex-Turkey billet offers, while buyers in the Middle East and North Africa regions consider ex-CIS billet offers to be more advantageous and accordingly have concluded some transactions for billet from the CIS.
