SteelOrbis has been informed that ex-CIS rebar and wire rod offers to the export markets have moved sideways since January 13 at $430-440/mt FOB and $430-450/mt FOB, respectively. However, market sources believe that the declines seen in ex-CIS billet export offers will be reflected in CIS-based suppliers' rebar and wire rod export prices in the coming period.
