Ex-CIS billet offers on downward trend

Ex-CIS billet offers, which had remained at $550/mt FOB for a long time, have started to trend downward. Accordingly, ex-Odessa billet offers are at $543/mt FOB, while many other ex-CIS billet offers are standing at $540/mt FOB and even lower.
 
On the other hand, ex-CIS billet offers, which were standing at the level of $570/mt CFR Marmara to Turkey last week, are currently ranging at $560-565/mt CFR Marmara.
