Ex-CIS billet offers decline further

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that towards the end of last week ex-CIS billet offers to Turkey declined to $590-600/mt CFR Marmara. Turning to the current week, ex-CIS billet offers to the Turkish domestic market are at $590-595/mt CFR Marmara. While CIS billet export offers are at $575/mt FOB, it is believed that the price in question has not hit the bottom yet and may decrease further in the coming days.
