Ex-China debar offer to SE Asia

A Chinese trader is offering to Southeast Asia BS4449 460B standard 10-14 mm diameter debars at $427/mt and 16-20 mm diameter debars at $415/mt FOB Tianjin, on actual weight basis via at sight payment by letter of credit for end of January shipment. The price is a little higher than usual because the products are BS standard. Traders say that debar prices in China's domestic market are basically stable. As a result, export prices also remain unchanged.
