Egypt’s EZZ Steel keeps rebar prices unchanged

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that Egypt's largest rebar producer EZZ Steel has kept its domestic rebar price unchanged for February at the level of EGP 4,600/mt ($763/mt) ex-works. The price in question is on actual weight basis and includes eight percent sales tax.
 
As SteelOrbis previously reported, EZZ Steel had increased its rebar prices by EGP 100/mt ($17/mt) for January as compared to December levels.
