Egypt-based steelmakers’ offers for September production rebar

SteelOrbis has been informed by market sources that Egyptian steelmaker EZZ Steel has kept its September production rebar prices stable as compared to its price levels for August output materials at EGP 5,000/mt ($699/mt) ex-works, including eight percent VAT. Meanwhile, another Egypt-based mill, Beshay Steel, has also kept its September production rebar prices unchanged at the August output price level of EGP 4,960/mt ($694/mt) ex-works, including eight percent VAT.
