Domestic and import billet prices in Oman

According to market sources, buyers' billet stocks in the Omani domestic market are currently full and so they are postponing their purchasing activity for both locally produced and import billets. Meanwhile, billet prices in the Omani domestic market are now at $295/mt ex-works, for November shipment. Also, ex-China billet offers to the country have declined by $10/mt during the past month to the range of $275-285/mt CFR, for December shipment.
