Demand at very low levels in local Turkish rebar market

According to market sources, rebar prices in the local Turkish spot market have decreased by TRY 10-105/mt, as compared to September 28, though prices on US dollar basis have decreased by $2/mt on the upper end due to the fluctuation of the exchange rate. Meanwhile, demand in the market has been at very low levels.
 
As of today, October 1, traders’ rebar offers in the Turkish domestic market are as follows:
