Demand improves for Turkey’s merchant bar exports

SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that Turkish merchant bar export offers have not shown any changes over the past week, though demand for ex-Turkey merchant bar offers has indicated improvement. Some merchant bar sales have been concluded to the Middle East and North Africa, while higher import billet prices have also helped Turkish merchant bar offers to gain acceptance in global markets.
