Debar offer from China to S. Korea

SteelOrbis learned that a Chinese trader is offering Q235 debars to S. Korea at $400-405/mt FOB on actual weight basis for September shipment via payment by letter of credit. Price for deformed bar has not changed much recently since the domestic price has stopped declining and saw a slight increase.
