CIS billet export offers up

Tuesday, 16 January 2007 12:14:56 (GMT+3)   |
CIS billet export offers are currently in the $440-445/mt FOB Black Sea price range for March shipments. CIS producers are continuing to raise their prices. The increase in rebar prices in the Middle East and the return of southern Europe to the market after the holidays both provide support for the CIS billet producers.
