CIS billet and rebar export offers

Market sources state that CIS billet export offers are currently standing in the range of $495-500/mt FOB for April production, indicating an increase of $10/mt as compared to last week. CIS billet suppliers have concluded many sales to Turkey and the Middle East in the past week in the range of $485-490/mt FOB.
 
Meanwhile, ex-CIS rebar offers, which have remained stable as compared to last week, are still standing at $515-525/mt FOB.
