Although buyers' inquiries for ex-CIS billet are still lively, no improvement has been recorded in the volume of transactions which is still characterized by weakness as most inquiries have failed to result in deals during the past week.

Meanwhile, export offers for billet from the CIS region have remained unchanged during the past week at $310-330/mt FOB.
