In Tangshan city in China's Hebei Province, Q195-Q235 grade 150 mm x 150 mm billet prices are currently at around RMB 3,150/mt ($414/mt) for 90 days deferred payment and including 17 percent VAT. The price has increased RMB 30/mt ($4/mt) from last week. This is the local market price, while in addition a 15 percent tariff needs to be taken into consideration for exports.
