SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 m have decreased by NTD 300/mt ($10/mt) as compared to last week and are now being quoted at NTD 17,800-17,900/mt ($596-599/mt) ex-works, for early July shipments.
In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market, which have declined by NTD 300/mt ($10/mt) as compared to last week, are now at the following levels:
