Billet and rebar prices in Taiwan - week 38

SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 mm have remained stable since last week and are still at NTD 15,500-15,700/mt ($513-520/mt) ex-works, for end of September and early October shipments.

In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market, which have remained unchanged since last week, are now at the following levels:

The above prices include five percent VAT, are ex-warehouse and are also for end of September and early October shipments.
