SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 m have remained unchanged as compared to last week and are still being quoted at NTD 15,700-15,900/mt ($534-540/mt) ex-works, for early and mid-June shipments.
In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market, which have indicated a decrease of NTD 100/mt ($3/mt) this week, are currently at the following levels:
