Billet and rebar prices in Taiwan - week 16

SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 mm have remained stable over the past week at NTD 11,700-12,000/mt ($377-387/mt) ex-works, for early May shipments.

In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have declined by NTD 100/mt ($3/mt) in the same period and are now at the following levels:
