Uttam Galva Steels Ltd, India's second largest galvanized steel manufacturer, has hiked the prices of all its galvanized steel products due to rising manufacturing costs. The prices of the company's galvanized steel products have been increased by Rupees 1,000/mt ($21.8/mt) with immediate effect. Uttam Galva officials indicated that they may consider more price hikes across all categories in the near term.
