Ukrainian HRC offer prices edge up in Turkey
SteelOrbis has been informed that Ukrainian March production hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to Turkey have moved up by $25-30/mt as compared to prices for February rolling and are now standing at $605/mt CFR. However, buyers have found these offers to be on the high side as they were expecting offer levels of around $590/mt CFR.
