Market sources indicate that Ukrainian hot rolled coil (HRC) and cold rolled coil (CRC) offers to Turkey have declined by $20/mt as compared to last month's offer levels.
Ukrainian May production HRC offers to Turkey are now ranging at $560-565/mt CFR, while CRC offers are being given to the country at $640-645/mt CFR, for May output.
