According to market sources, Ukrainian and Russian flat steel exporters have not issued any new price offers to Turkey for November production and so their prices have not been clarified yet. Meanwhile, demand for imported flat steel in Turkey is still slack, while Turkish buyers are waiting to see new prices and also continue to exert downward pressure on sellers’ prices.
The recent import HRC offers to Turkey from Russia were at $315-325/mt CFR, while Ukrainian HRC offers to Turkey were at $310-320/mt CFR.

In the same period, Russian cold rolled coil (CRC) offers to Turkey were at $390-400/mt CFR and Ukrainian CRC offers were at $380-390/mt CFR.

All the previous HRC and CRC offers from Russia and Ukraine to Turkey were for October production.
