Market sources inform SteelOrbis that Turkish flat steel mills' have reduced their hot rolled coil (HRC) offers by $15/mt since last week to $575-595/mt ex-works, while they have cut their cold rolled coil (CRC) quotations by $10-20/mt over the same period to $680-700/mt ex-works. The offers are for shipments in June and July and exclude VAT.
Meanwhile, Turkish producers are open to negotiation on their prices and are ready to give discounts of up to $10-20/mt on these levels to buyers seeking to make high volume purchases.
