Demand for Turkish flat steel exports has remained slack over the past week, while Turkish hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to the export markets have remained stable during the given week in the range of $400-410/mt FOB, with Turkish cold rolled coil (CRC) export offers still at $520-525/mt FOB, both for July production. Turkish sellers state that Chinese and ex-CIS flat steel offers to their target markets are significantly lower, while they have not accepted buyers' firms bids.
