Turkey’s local and export HDG offer prices decline

Over the past week, demand in the local Turkish hot dip galvanized (HDG) market has remained weak, while prices have decreased by $30/mt week on week. 
 
Meanwhile, HDG prices in the local Turkish market for February and March production are currently as follows:

The above prices, which may differ depending on product quality, are ex-works, exclude VAT, and are for advance payments.
 
Meanwhile, demand for Turkish HDG in the export markets has remained at weak levels, while Turkish suppliers’ HDG export offers have decreased by $30/mt week on week to the range of $490-510/mt FOB, for February production.
