Yieh United Steel Corporation (YUSCO), one of Taiwan's leading stainless steel producers, has announced that it has increased its local 300 series stainless steel prices for January deliveries by NTD 1,000/mt ($31.5/mt) as compared to price levels for December deliveries, while its 400 series stainless steel prices remained unchanged over the same period.
The current prices are at the following levels:

All the above prices are ex-works, exclude five percent VAT, and are for January deliveries.
In the meantime, YUSCO‘s 300 series export stainless steel prices have declined by $30/mt over the same period for January-February deliveries.
