Yieh United Steel Corporation (YUSCO), one of Taiwan's leading stainless steel producers, has announced that for February deliveries it has increased its stainless steel prices by NTD 1,000-1,500/mt ($34-52/mt) for the domestic market, as compared to the previous month. The current prices are at the following levels:

All the above prices exclude five percent VAT and are on actual weight basis and ex-works, for February deliveries.
In the meantime, YUSCO‘s 2.0 mm stainless steel SUS304 2B (CRC) export prices have also moved up by $50/mt as compared to last month and are now being quoted at $3,080-3,090/mt FOB for shipments in February-March.
