Yieh United Steel Corporation (YUSCO), one of Taiwan's leading stainless steel producers, has announced that for May deliveries it has cut its SUS 300 series stainless steel product prices by about NTD 3,000/mt ($102/mt) due to weakening demand, but kept SUS400 series price unchanged as compared to the previous month.

In the meantime, YUSCO‘s 2.0 mm stainless steel SUS304 2B (CRC) export prices have moved down by $100/mt as compared to last month and are now being quoted at $2,960-2,990/mt FOB for shipments in May and June.
