Taiwan’s YUSCO announces its stainless steel prices for January

Yieh United Steel Corporation (YUSCO), one of Taiwan's leading stainless steel producers, has announced that for January deliveries it has increased its local SUS300 series hot rolled coil (HRC) stainless steel prices by NTD 4,000/mt, its local SUS300 cold rolled coil (CRC) stainless steel prices by NTD 4,000/mt and SUS400 cold rolled coil (CRC) stainless steel prices by NTD 3,500/mt, as compared to price levels for December deliveries.
 
The current prices are at the following levels:

Stainless steel SUS304 2B (CRC) 2.0 mm

Stainless steel SUS316L 2B (CRC) 2.0 mm

NTD 121,000-122,500/mt ($3,739-3,786/mt)

Stainless steel SUS430 2B (CRC) 2.0 mm

NTD 29,300-30,300/mt ($905-936/mt)

All the above prices are ex-works, exclude five percent VAT, and are for January deliveries.
 
In the meantime, YUSCO's 304 series stainless steel CRC export prices for January and February delivery have increased by $150/mt as compared to prices for December-January delivery.
