stainless steel hot rolled coil of 3-5 mm thickness in the local Taiwanese market is being quoted at NTD 177,000-185,000/mt ($5,343-5,585/mt), including five percent VAT. On the other hand, the price for SUS304 (2B)
stainless steel cold rolled coil of 0.8-1.5 mm thickness is at NTD 185,000-193,000/mt ($5,585-5,826/mt), also including five percent VAT. The prices indicate a rise of NTD 5,000/mt ($150/mt) compared to last week.
