Severstal revises upward its February output ex-Mill 2000 HRC offers

After announcing flat steel offers to Turkey early this week, Russian steel producer Severstal has revised upward its February production ex-Mill 2000 hot rolled coil (HRC) offers by $25/mt, as the mill has completed its allocation. With additional allocation, current HRC offers have moved up to $630/mt CFR. In the meantime, Severstal's quotations for ex-Mill 1700 HRC and other products have maintained their price levels as announced early this week.
