According to Russia-based SpetsStal Association, the prices of stainless steel products in Russia's domestic market have continued to rise.
The average supply prices for cold rolled (CR) flat steel (2mm) in January this year, compared with December 2014, increased:
- for AISI 304 2В by 10.3 percent to RUB 213,885/mt, including VAT (18%),
- for AISI 321 2В by 9.4 percent to RUB 240,520/mt, incl. VAT,
- for AISI 430 2В by 9.0 percent to RUB 116,620/mt, incl. VAT.
The average supply prices for hot rolled (HR) flat steel of AISI 321 grade in January this year, compared with December 2014, increased:
- for 6-25 mm thickness by 7.7 percent to RUB 228,320/mt, incl. VAT,
- for 30-80 mm thicknesses by 9.7 percent to RUB 240,060/mt, incl. VAT.
The average supply prices for hot rolled long steel (30-190 mm diameters) in January this year, compared with December 2014, increased:
- for AISI 321 grade by 10.8 percent to RUB 214,232/mt, incl. VAT,
- for AISI 431 grade by 9.2 percent to RUB 179,322/mt, incl. VAT,
- for AISI 420 grade by 16.7 percent to RUB 102,776/mt, incl. VAT.
