During the given week, semi-finished steel prices in Tangshan have seen a rising trend, exerting a positive impact on steel plate prices. Meanwhile, Ansteel has announced that they will implement the maintenance for one of their medium plate production line in August, which will decrease the supply volume in the market, providing certain support to steel plate prices. Moreover, the steel plate inventory level has seen a declining trend in the given week. It is expected that steel plate prices in the Chinese domestic market will likely to see a short-term rebound in the coming week.
