Finland-based steelmaker Outokumpu has announced alloy surcharges for its stainless steel grades effective for November 2007.
According to the statement released by the company, Outokumpu will apply an alloy surcharge of €1,823/mt on its 304 series for November 2007 deliveries. The surcharge on the 304 series for October 2007 is €1,976/mt.
In addition, the alloy surcharge for November on the 316 series will be €3,421/mt, down €205/mt from the October surcharge, while the 430 ferritic grade series will be subject to an alloy surcharge of €289/mt, down €13/mt from the October surcharge.
