After Russian and Ukrainian steel mills announced their July output flat steel offers this week, new price levels have started to appear in the Turkish import market. Although some offers have been heard from
Europe, flat steel offers from

Turkey are at $615/mt CFR. In the meantime, Ukrainian mills'
HRC offers to the Turkish domestic market are at $545-560/mt CFR. While
ArcelorMittal Romania is offering July production
HRC to the Turkish domestic market at the level of $640-645/mt CFR, ex-England effective
