Demand for import hot rolled coil (HRC) in Turkey has remained slack this week. Following the announcement of the termination of the antidumping (AD) duty investigation on hot rolled flat steel imports from seven countries including Russia, Russian steel producers have continued to make HRC offers to Turkey, increased their prices by an average of $20/mt week on week to $510-530/mt CFR.

Meanwhile, no ex-Ukraine HRC offers have been heard in the Turkish market, while the latest Ukrainian HRC offers were given last week at $500-510/mt CFR.
